Here's what you can expect at our 6-on-6 football camp:

Explosive Movement Training

As a young athlete or player, you can learn how to be quick and explosive through plyometrics and reaction work, all of which can help you make faster cuts, jukes, and on-field moves that will give you an advantage on the field

Speed Training

Introduce yourself to elite speed training and learn what it means to be fast. Work acceleration drills and learn fundamentals focused on helping you understand the skill of speed.

Position Specific Skills

Quarterbacks, wide receivers, linebackers, and defensive backs can all learn the basics of their position and work agility drills to help them improve their performance.

Football fundametals

Learn the basic offensive and defensive concepts that make up the game of football. Work on routes and passing concepts, as well as the foundations of zone and man coverage.

LIVE Competition

At the end of the day we will host a 6-on-6 tournament where all of the athletes will compete to become the camp champs!
