 By completing registration and submitting payment, I certify that I am the legal guardian or parent of the registered athlete. I acknowledge that participation in athletic performance training, including weight training, involves inherent risks. I agree that AB Youth Sports, LLC, and Coach Andrew Brown shall not be held liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses sustained during participation in the program or while on the premises. Such injuries or damages may result from the actions of other participants, guests, or the negligence of AB Youth Sports, LLC’s owners, agents, or employees. These conditions apply both individually and jointly with other participants and their guests.

Please note that AB Youth Sports, LLC does not provide medical insurance. All participants are required to have personal or family insurance coverage, and any injury claims will be directed to the athlete’s insurance provider.

By registering, I grant permission for my child’s name and likeness to be used in promotional materials, including the website, brochures, and press releases.

AB Youth Sports, LLC is insured through Hiscox Insurance Agency.

We operate on a monthly membership model, similar to a gym membership. While every effort will be made to conduct sessions as scheduled, weather conditions such as thunderstorms or heavy rain may require us to cancel a session to ensure safety.

If a session is canceled due to weather, we will attempt to offer a makeup session. However, makeup sessions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Missed sessions will not result in credits, prorated fees, or refunds. Unused sessions will not carry over to future months unless a prior arrangement is made with the Academy SSP.

We reserve the right to modify this policy as needed to ensure the safety, quality, and enjoyment of all participants.

All sales are final, and refunds are not provided. If an emergency prevents a participant from attending scheduled sessions, they must contact Coach Brown directly to explore a potential credit toward future sessions. Credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Policy updates will be communicated as needed to reflect our commitment to participant safety and satisfaction.

Memberships are billed based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or quarterly). To make any changes or cancellations, members must submit a written request at least 30 days before the next billing date by emailing coachbrownssp@gmail.com.

Cancellations submitted within the 30-day window will take effect after the upcoming billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be given for the current cycle’s remaining days. Members are responsible for keeping billing information up to date to avoid interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify membership policies with advance notice.
