Meet Coach Brown, an extraordinary figure in the world of sports and mentorship, renowned for his remarkable journey from a Navy Veteran to a Certified Track and Field coach. With an extensive background as a high school Tackle football coach, as well as his role as commissioner and site operator for the Venice Under Armour Flag league, Coach Brown's influence reaches far and wide.

Coach Brown's illustrious career has been punctuated by incredible achievements. Notably, he led the St. Stephen's Episcopal School (SSES) Football team to a triumphant Florida State Championship, bringing home a well-deserved victory. His leadership and coaching expertise have also propelled five state-qualifying Track Athletes to compete at the State Championships in the spring of 2023.

As a strength and speed coach with a unique edge, Coach Brown possesses a discerning eye for identifying an athlete's weaknesses on the field and addressing them in the weight room. Whether your athlete participates in football, baseball, lacrosse, or any other sport, Coach Brown is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing personalized programming, coaching, and mentoring to help them ascend to the next level of performance.

Introducing Coach Trystan: Inspiring Our Young Athletes to Reach for the Stars

Meet Coach Trystan, a dedicated college student at the University of Central Florida, whose passion for nurturing young talent is truly remarkable. As a certified personal trainer, he is not only committed to physical well-being but also to guiding the next generation towards excellence on and off the field.

For the past four years, Coach Trystan has been a driving force behind our Under Armour flag league, where he has skillfully grown his team from 2nd graders to formidable 5th and 6th graders. A proud alumnus of Saint Stephens, he brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the table.

Beyond the realm of sports, Coach Trystan's interests are as diverse as they are inspiring. Whether he's in the gym, sculpting his body through weightlifting, or exploring the world of art, his passion for self-improvement shines through in everything he does.
