Coach Brown provides guidance about nutrition and teaches athletes how to optimize recovery and fuel for performance. He stresses the importance of sleep, especially for busy student athletes. The athletes can even help support their performance goals by using a smart watch to track all of this data.
Some may consider it a crazy idea to train during the football season, but Coach Brown is able to develop players on weekends throughout the season. It is important that the athletes recover during the season, and the weekend training provides a “tune-up," helping continue to develop position-specific techniques and maintain Speed without the stress of heavy training.
If you are in middle school or high school and want to train with other athletes in small groups so that you can get more personalized attention, this is the program for you. The Academy offers training in speed, strength, and power in small groups, giving each athlete the attention they need to perform at their peak.
Our Track & Field training program is designed for youth, middle school, and high school athletes looking to enhance their speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic performance. With a focus on proper mechanics, speed development, and strength conditioning, our program prepares athletes for competitive opportunities at all levels.

I’m Coach Andrew Brown, and my passion is developing athletes to reach their peak performance. With years of experience coaching football, track & field, and
strength and speed training, I focus on identifying weaknesses on the field and addressing them in the weight room.
No matter the sport—football, baseball, lacrosse, or beyond—I tailor training programs to each athlete, helping them build strength, speed, and skill to dominate their game. My approach goes beyond just coaching; it’s about mentoring and pushing athletes to unlock their full potential.
